Retail Customer Orders
All orders that Delta UV ships to Retail Customers will have the shipping charges added to
the order amount (plus California State Sales Tax if the shipment is made to a California
address) All orders are shipped via UPS (domestic and Canada) or DHL (Overseas). If your
domestic or Canadian destination order does not arrive within 48 hours from when it was
placed, you may wish to trace (track) your order. If you provided an Email address at the
time
of ordering, you will automatically receive an Email notification direct from UPS
indicating when your order shipped, and the UPS tracking number. You should allow
approximately one day for each 600 mile increment from Los Angeles to your location
for your shipment to arrive. If you do not have your order tracking number, contact
CUSTOMER CARE to obtain your UPS or DHL order tracking number. All International
orders are shipped via DHL, prepaid, and the shipping charges are added to the order
invoice when billed.
If someone is not present to sign for your shipment, UPS will leave a written notice. Three
attempts to deliver your order will be made, and if UPS is unsuccessful after three attempts,
the order will be returned to Delta UV and an additional shipping charge will be necessary
for the second shipment. To avoid this possibility, it is recommended that shipments be
made to a business address, whenever possible, so that someone will be available to accept the shipment.
All orders ship Monday –Thursday, normally within 48 hours from the time your order was received. While shipping delays are extremely rare and should not be anticipated, in the unlikely event that there is a delay in shipping your order, you will promptly be advised by phone or Email, of the delay and the scheduled ship date.
Trade Customer Orders
Your order will be acknowledged in writing when it is received. If you do not receive a written confirmation of your order within 1 business day (Monday – Thursday) from the date you placed your order, contact your Delta UV Customer Service person for an order confirmation. Shipment will be made per the method you specify on your order. All orders should be placed in writing, preferably by Purchase Order to avoid any order errors. If you have supplied an Email address for your account, you will automatically receive an Email notification from UPS for your order when it ships. |
