Retail Customers
Delta UV has designed the Elektra UV Systems to operate with as little customer effort as
possible. The only required service for your Elektra UV unit is the annual replacement of the
High Output UV lamp, and annual cleaning of the Quartz Tube that protects the lamp from
water contact. You should anticipate it taking 10-15 minutes to accomplish these simple
procedures which are fully explained in the Installation and Owner Manual that can be
viewed or downloaded by clicking the DOCUMENTS button.
In the unlikely event that you need service beyond the annual lamp change, please contact
Delta UV direct for assistance. Should your unit ever have to be returned to Delta UV for
any reason, simply request a Return Authorization. (RA) Note: No product can be returned
to Delta UV without prior written (RA) authorization. See the RA return address below for
the address that can accept your RA return. All contact information is available by clicking
on the CONTACTS button. Replacement lamps can be ordered online by clicking the
PRICES AND ORDERING button, or by contacting Delta UV directly if there is no
Authorized Dealer in your area. See the RA return address below for the address that can
accept your RA return.
Wholesale Customers
Should any Delta Ultraviolet product require return to Delta UV under Delta’s Limited Warranty for that particular product, the Wholesale Customer should contact the Customer Service person assigned to your account to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Note: No product can be returned to Delta UV without prior written (RA) authorization. The RA number should be noted on the outside of the carton and the product should be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit (not covered under the product Limited Warranty).
All RA returns should be sent directly to our Gardena, CA plant and addressed as follows:
