ORDERING: To insure prompt and proper
shipment, please order by catalog part number and description.
Delta Ultraviolet Corporation (Delta) reserves the right to
consider each order, or addition, as separate and subject
to the terms and conditions as herein outlined.
SHIPMENTS: All shipments are Ex-Works, F.O.B. Torrance,
CA. Individual shipments totaling US$ 15000 net value (US$
20,000 for Canadian destinations) minimum, shipped to a single
Continental US or Canadian location, (excluding consolidated
shipments for export) will qualify for prepaid Auto Freight
shipment via the Auto Freight carrier of Delta’s choice.
Accounts must be current to be eligible for prepaid freight.
Prices include standard domestic packaging only. Crating and
export packing are not included and will be billed as an extra
packing charge.
CLAIMS: All Freight Claims must be made within ten
(10) days after receipt of merchandise. No claims will be
honored after that date. The freight carrier is acting as
your agent when the freight is received by them at Delta.
If any shipment is received in damaged condition, your claim
must be filed by you with the delivering carrier and noted
on the freight bill before you accept the merchandise.
LIMITED WARRANTY: To all original purchasers of its
products, Delta provides specific printed Limited Warranties
as published in each Owner’s Manual. Consult individual
Owner’s Manuals for specific Limited Warranties, as they
may vary from product to product.. Unless covered by a printed
Limited Warranty for that specific product, all additional
products shall be covered by the Delta Standard Equipment
Limited Warranty, P/N 94-06100, Rev. 4/04. All Limitations
and Provisions thereof shall apply.
RETURNS: All returns are subject to our prior written
approval and must be accompanied by a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION
(RMA) FORM obtained from Delta, prior to shipment. Unauthorized
returns will NOT be accepted. Freight must be prepaid. Material
returned for credit, if in original condition and resalable,
is subject to a 20% handling charge.
CURRENCY: All prices or costs published or quoted by
Delta are in U.S. Dollars.
TERMS: Terms as quoted shall apply. Shipments will
be billed at the prices in effect at the time of shipment.
A 1-1/2% per month service charge will apply to all past due
invoices. Past due accounts will be subject to credit hold
on open orders.
TAXES: Any Federal or State Excise or Sale Tax for
which Delta may be liable on any sale will be charged to and
paid by the buyer. Buyer is responsible for furnishing a valid
resale certificate, if so required by law. California customers
without a valid resale certificate on file will be charged
the applicable California State Sales Tax. All taxes, fees,
brokerage costs and duties for export orders shall be the
responsibility of the buyer.
